Hi, I’m Moriah, a dedicated massage therapist based in Bakersfield, CA. From a young age, I’ve had a deep love for massage—it’s always been a natural way for me to express care and connection. As the baby sister to two older brothers who always asked for a back rub, I grew to see it as a way to show others that they are loved. Over the years, I worked in many different roles—from an ICU Secretary at Adventist Health to a front desk receptionist at a local non-profit—but something deeper kept calling me. I felt a strong pull toward massage therapy, and the vision was clear. I knew I had to take a leap of faith. And so, here I am—walking in my purpose for a greater purpose. At Beyond The Veil Massage Therapy, my mission is to create a sacred space for healing, restoration, and transformation. Now more than ever, I believe massage therapy must be seen for what it truly is: a vital part of holistic well-being. It is also a tool to introduce miraculous outcomes that don't only come from skilled techniques—they come from a loving God who desires to see us healed, whole, and free. I see massage as ministry: a way to honor the body, renew the mind, and touch the spirit through the love of Jesus. No matter your background or beliefs, you will be treated with dignity, care, and respect. I believe God works through touch, through presence, and through rest—and my hands are simply an extension of His grace and healing power.
